QUALITY CONTROL

Presently Rayson has six advanced PP Spun-bonded non woven production lines with monthly production capacity of 1300tons.The width of 1st and 2nd  ones are 2.4m,the 3rd one is 2.0m,meanwhile the 4th and 5thines are 3.2m. The newly 6 th production line is SS non woven and the width is 2.4m. We can customizet the non woven fabric in a wide range of colors, with weight ranging from 9 to 150 grams/square meter and with maximum width of 3.2m.

Rayson has its own import- export right 90% of our products are exported to oversea markets,we have more than 7 years s experiences in this field, owning advanced production process and strict quality management system.Our products have passed SGS certificate and some related qulity certificate.
